COMPASS is a community-based non-profit organization located in Boston, Massachusetts that provides a range of special education, remedial, prevention, enrichment, support and community services to urban children and youth.

Established in 1974, COMPASS has educated, guided, and counseled more than 10,000 children and youth.  Using a team approach, experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds serve children, adolescents, and families through educational programs and community-based family support services, and professionals nationwide through our consulting services.
